To ensure the safety of our patients, effective Tuesday, March 17, 2020 the Western Medical Clinic Physicians are providing the option of a Phone visit with your Physician.
Please review the following:
When booking your appointment with Reception please let them know you would like to have your Physician call you as opposed to attending the Clinic for an appointment and they will ensure this is scheduled properly.
If you have an existing in-clinic appointment booked with your Physician that you would like to modify to a Phone appointment, please call Reception and they will change this for you.
If you are booking online, please indicate in the appointment reason section that you would like a Phone appointment.
**If you require a prescription refill, please contact your Pharmacy and have them fax a refill request to your Physician – ALL pharmacies have been notified of this change.
Please note that this will be in effect for the next 30 days at which time it will be reviewed and updated if any changes made.
